Network management. ConnectKey Technology integrates seamlessly with virtually any network environment, simplifying work for the network administrator. Network configuration is easy with Xerox® CentreWare® install wizards, eliminating the need for IT staff to reset parameters, connect users or manage job queues device by device. Onboard SNMP support lets customers integrate with other network frameworks.

Standard Mobility Solutions (Available for free download)
Apple® AirPrint. Print email, photos and important office documents directly from your Apple iPhone® or iPad® with no drivers to install and no cables to connect. With AirPrint, your iPhone or iPad automatically locates and connects to the AirPrint-enabled device over your office Wi-Fi network. For secure and controllable printing, Apple® AirPrint version 1.4 offers accounting support, as well as IPP attributes, which enable more finishing options.
Xerox® Print Service Plug-in for Android. The Xerox® Print Service Plug-in for Android KitKat (4.4 or greater) devices streamlines mobile printing without third-party apps or additional print drivers. You can easily print photos, Web pages and documents when your mobile device is connected to ConnectKey Technology-enabled multifunction printers using a wireless network. A robust print option set includes two-sided printing, stapling and secure code release. A free download is available from the Google Play store.
Mopria® Print Service. We are a founding member of Mobile Print Alliance (Mopria) whose charter is to create simple wireless printing from smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. Mopria printing does not require any driver installation or software download on these devices. Mobile device users with access to Mopria will be able to discover and print to Mopria-certified ConnectKey Technology-enabled multifunction printers. Mopria works on any Android phone or tablet (Android version 4.4 or later).
Xerox® Mobile Link App. This app allows you to scan, email and fax from your phone or tablet by connecting with our multifunction printers and send data to and print data from cloud storage. It's easy to create Mobile Link One-Touch Workflows between a mobile device and a multifunction printer. Using a manual address or QR code identification for pairing, automatic device discovery makes it easy to find and pair a mobile device with a nearby Xerox® multifunction printer. This free app is available for download from the Google Play store for Android devices, as well as Apple® App Store for Apple® iOS® devices.
Advanced Mobility Solutions
Xerox® Mobile Print. We offer many options that enable secure, accurate printing from most mobile devices to any printer or multifunction printer, regardless of brand, making it easy to print Microsoft® PowerPoint®, Word® and other standard files from wireless and mobile devices. Our IT-friendly optional capabilities include PIN code access and multiple mobile operating systems. - Choose Xerox® Mobile Print Solution with an onsite server for your internal network, or behind your network's firewall, for added control and higher volume use.
- Choose Xerox® Mobile Print Cloud to easily manage local and remote locations, and control visitors' printing access. Mobile Printing through the cloud is offered as a free service or a more advanced for-fee solution. The Basic version offers a ConnectKey App resident on the user panel and enables simple email to the cloud to pull print jobs to the multifunction printer. The Enhanced version offers the app with a Mobile Print Cloud license, providing convenient authentication that locks and unlocks a device, via a mobile app, without authentication cards.
